Do you know a teacher who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, skill, and love of kids ministry? Maybe they teach a Sunday School class, a Midweek Children’s Church, a Kids Club, etc. Nominate him or her as a Teacher of the Month.
Sunday School Teachers and Kids Ministry Workers are the largest group of volunteer workers in the church, and often, the most overlooked. The Teacher of the Month program is an effort to raise the visibility of this vital ministry they render to the church.
Teacher of the Month is not a competition to determine the one best teacher; but this recognition program will help find and celebrate the hundreds of good teachers. Many teachers will be inspired by the attention given to their ministry and be made to understand the church really cares about them.
The selected teachers will be honoured in Atlantic Kids promotional media as well as the Atlantic District Messenger and/or Pentecostal Herald magazines. To recommend an exceptional teacher, fill out the nomination application form.
